Position : Software Test Engineer

• Position : 2
• Experience : 3-5 years
• Location : Remote

• Role Purpose : CodeElan is seeking a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for understanding requirements,
  finding and reporting bugs and glitches. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products,
  applications and systems work correctly.
• Responsibilities: :
  - Review and analyze system specifications
  - Develop effective strategies and test plans
  - Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  - Evaluate product code according to specifications
  - Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  - Report bugs and errors to development teams
  - Help troubleshoot issues
  - Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Education :
  - BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  - Experience in QA methodology
  - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus

  - Working knowledge of test management software and SQL

Position : Automation Test Engineer

• Position : 5
• Experience : Min 2 years of Hands-on Selenium + Java experience
• Location : Remote
• Time Zone : US Shift
• Salary : Can be discussed
• Role :
  - Writing automation scripts for new features for regression testing and maintenance of regression suite framework.
  - Developed test cases and scripts for Load, Stress and Performance Testing of the application.
  - Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
  - Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures.
  - Identifying quality issues and creating test reports. Collaborating with the PO, Dev and Manual QA to solve application faults.
• Requirement: :
  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
  - Previous experience working as a QA Automation Engineer.
  - Proficient in using Selenium tool for web application and automating regression test cases using Selenium WebDriver.
  - Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
  - Familiarity with programming script languages including Java, Phyton, VBScript.
  - Familiarity on tools such as Github, TestLink, Jenkins, Cucumber, among other tools/application being used in Test Automation.
  - Expertise in different phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile methodology.
  - Ability to perform Compatibility testing with different browsers like Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari and with different operating systems like Windows, Android, Mac OS.
  - Excellent analytical skills.
  - Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
  - Good written and verbal communication skills.
